Reuters reports that a man in Italy has taken his insurance company to court. The man's doctors have given him six months to live, and his insurance company is being a little troublesome about paying the bills on time.

Hoping to make the final months of his life a little smoother, he sued to make the insurance company pay sooner, rather than later.

After a preliminary hearing, a judge told him to return for his second hearing… in fourteen months.
