"What's The Frequency Kenneth?" I've read the lyrics to that song over and over and I'm not sure what it's about. But I do know to what the song title refers.
In 1986 a guy gave Dan Rather an ass whupping while yelling "what's the frequency, Kenneth?" Stangely, this incident is the basis for the movie 12 Monkeys.
