I waited too long to pick up that raggedy old towel out on the deck. Now it's frozen there. We may end up shoveling around it until spring.

Saturday felt like early autumn. Today it's a lot more like mid-winter. Damn weather.

One nice little bonus to this sudden burst of wintry chill is that it's cold enough to wear my knit "convict cap." I rock that hat.
