 ½ inches thin steaks of Beef (1/2 Pound)
 Sliced Mushrooms (8 Ounce)
 Finely chopped Onion (2 Medium sizes)
 Chopped Garlic (1 Clove)
 Butter (1/4 Cup)
 Broth of Beef (1.5 Cups)
 Salt (1/2 Teaspoons)
 Flour (1/4 Cup)
 Cream (Sour) (1.5 cups)
 Black Pepper

Cut the beef into thin slices and separate the gristle and fat from Beef.
