Brined Turkey Breast (Smoked)

Ingredients:

 Turkey Breast
For Brine
 Butter (2 Tsp)
 Fresh Sage (7 Leaves)
 Garlic (1/2 tablespoon)
 Onion Powder (1/2 Tsp)
 Salt (1 Tablespoon)
 Black Pepper (1 Tsp)
 Water (6 Qts)
 Ice (10 cups)
 Kosher Salt (1 cup)
 Brown Sugar (1/2 Cup)

Directions:

Step 1 - Brine

Take a large Stockpot

Pour all the water in a stockpot

Then put all the following ingredients in the water like; Kosher salt, Sage leaves, and brown sugar

Place this mixture on the medium heat

Make sure all the ingredients dissolve in the water finely

Now remove the brine from the heat and cool it at room temperature

Put the ice cups in the brine
Now your brine is completely ready

Put the turkey breast in the brine

Cover the pot with lid

Now place the pot in a fridge for 32 hours

Step 3 - Brined Smoked Turkey Breast

After 32 hours, remove the turkey breast from the brine

Rinse the turkey well

Dry turkey with a towel

After drying the breast, cover turkey with the butter

Now increase temperature up to 375 degrees

Place turkey breast on the grill

It takes almost 2 hours and 30 minutes to cook

After 2 hours and 30 minutes remove the turkey from grill
