Put some oil in a deep bottom pan. Now heat the oil. When bubbles appeared in oil and smoke starts to reduce the flame. Now the potatoes deep fry. Moreover, Fries make on low flame. Fries will make crispy and crunchy. It also helps retain color. Color will be light brown.
