Kabab Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

 3-4 pieces of seekh kabab
 Onions - 2 large size or three medium size
 Tomato - 1 small
 Green chillis - 2 to 3
 Almonds - 8 to 10
 Cream or malai - 2 tablespoon
 Yogurt - 1/2 cup
 Ginger garlic paste - 1 to 1/2 cup
 Bay leaves - 2
 Tick cinnamon - 1
 Cloves - 2 to 3
 Crushing cardamom - 4
 Gram masala powder - 1/2 tablespoon
 Meat masala - 1 to 1/2 cup
 Sugar - 1 tablespoon
 Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
 Butter - 2 tablespoon
 Oil - 1 tablespoon

Directions:

Take a frying pan and add a few drops of oil. Moreover, when it is hot, then add the seekh kabab piece in it. Cook it until it is cooked well and turn into brown color. On contrasting, to frying, you can use the grill.

The next step is preparing the masala for the dish. Firstly you add the oil in a pan then add the onion. Moreover, cook it until the onion color is turning into the brown shade.

Furthermore, now leave the cooked brown onions into the plate and chop it with tomatoes and chillis. Moreover, also add the almonds in the chopper.

Add the oil in the pan and adding leaves of bay, cinnamon, and cardamom in them.

Now cook for few seconds then adding garlic ginger paste in the pan. Moreover, preparing is continuing until the smell goes off.

Now you need to add the ground paste and saute and mix it well. Cook it for 6 to 8 minutes in low flame.

Now you need to add the masalas in the pan. In which includes bottle masala, turmeric powder, sugar.

Add the yogurt and cook it a few minutes. Moreover, remember that stir it well until clumps and white color of yogurt is mix with masala.
